Chambolle-Musigny Village

Sourced from four parcels in the northern part of the village, this Chambolle delights with its balance between finesse and structure. The complex bouquet combines black fruits, raspberry, sweet spice and toasted wood. The palate is broad and silky, revealing notes of ripe cherry and blood orange supported by elegant tannins. A graceful, characterful wine with excellent ageing potential.

Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru “Les Millandes”

Situated just below Clos de la Roche, this cru combines freshness, elegance and depth. The fascinating bouquet displays blue fruits, cassis, violet, menthol, licorice and blond tobacco. On the palate, richness and freshness come together in a velvety texture framed by ripe, refined tannins. A vibrant, expressive and long-lived wine.

Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru “Aux Chaignots”

From a south-east facing site in the northern part of Nuits, this wine is ample and firmly structured. Aromas of fresh cherry, orange peel, mocha and heather unfold in a powerful, energetic palate that captures the solar generosity of 2018 while maintaining tension and balance. A Nuits of great intensity and promise.

Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru “Les Perrières”

From stony, limestone-rich soils, this early-ripening parcel produces a wine that is aerial, fresh and mineral. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and dried herbs are lifted by notes of garrigue. The palate is supple yet warm, marked by stony and flinty nuances. A wine of equilibrium and purity — the signature of its rocky terroir.

Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru “Les Saint-Georges”

A legendary cuvée and the emblem of the village, this rare wine combines density and refinement. The intense bouquet evokes red and black fruits, spice, cedar and violet. On the palate, powerful yet polished tannins shape a broad, harmonious texture. A grand, expressive and long-lived wine — truly worthy of its name.

Hospices de Nuits Premier Cru “Les Porrets Saint-Georges” Cuvée Antide Midan

The result of a centuries-old philanthropic tradition, this cuvée embodies the depth and generosity of the southern Nuits terroirs. Aromas of cherry, violet, licorice and noble spices lead to a velvety, ample palate that unites richness and freshness with a saline touch on the finish. A wine of emotion — powerful, complex, and profoundly human.

Ageing – The guiding thread of excellence

The six wines in this collection were aged patiently in oak barrels, with a measured proportion of new wood, allowing each terroir to express its authenticity while preserving the finesse of Pinot Noir.
