The palate is full-bodied and complex, allying maturity and freshness with notes of baked goods, candied fruit and yuzu.
Tasting notes The nose is expressive and complex, both fruity (cherry, crisp fruit) and spicy (cinnamon, gingerbread). Notes of forest undergrowth (humus, fresh herbs) can also be detected. The palate is rich and fruity (raspberry, cherry), velvety – deserving of its Premier Cru appellation. The finish is fresh, almost mentholated and boasts elegant tannins.
Tasting notes Beautiful deep red in colour. The nose is also deep, yet fine, with floral notes and fruity aromas (strawberry, sour cherry), and nuances evocative of baked goods (vanilla, brioche). Full-bodied on the palate boasting elegant tannins that are typical of the appellation, along with mentholated notes.
Tasting notes Gorgeously intense red colour. The nose is expressive and spicy, featuring cherry aromas. Starts off magnificently on the palate, opening up to flavours of dark fruit (cherry, blackberry), spices, root vegetables and humus. Rich and powerful on the palate. This is a wine of great depth.
Tasting notes Expressive nose redolent of cherry and rose with toasted hints of coffee and mocha, light tobacco and a touch of truffle. Lovely start to the palate, with predominant notes of fruit (cherry, red berries) complemented by notes of spices (white pepper, cinnamon). This is an extremely elegant wine, complex yet delicate, long and silky.
Tasting notes Beautiful red colour. The nose is pure and floral (rose, rose petal jam) and reminiscent of fresh, wild fruit (raspberry and blackcurrant, red berry coulis). The palate is spicier (pepper, thyme), and fresh (pine, mentholated notes) with liquorice on the finish. This wine is relatively powerful and boasts very good ageing potential.
