Tasting notes The nose is expressive and complex, both fruity (cherry, crisp fruit) and spicy (cinnamon, gingerbread). Notes of forest undergrowth (humus, fresh herbs) can also be detected. The palate is rich and fruity (raspberry, cherry), velvety – deserving of its Premier Cru appellation. The finish is fresh, almost mentholated and boasts elegant tannins.
