Bourgogone Aligoté 2018: a tight and chiseled wine, straightforward, extremely refreshing. An alliance of freshness and maturity, mineral notes of flint and a finish of barley sugar. A perfect wine as an aperitif!
Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Les Crots 2017: A nose of great purity dominated by sour cherry and red stone fruits, followed by warmer aromas of clafouti, vanilla and crème brûlée evolving towards more roasted or we find dark chocolate. The palate is very elegant, of great purity, long and silky, continuing with nice fresh acidity, well integrated chalky tannins and a slightly saline finish. A wine perfectly suited to accompany a turkey, capon and other delicacies.
Meursault Le Village 2018: very round on the attack on the palate, opulent but with a nice and fairly lively acidity. A wine remarkable for its balance between acidity and sweetness, which will go perfectly with cheeses and desserts.
